有(you)機物電致發光器(qi)材(cai)(cai)(OLED)是目前(qian)新開發研制的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一種(zhong)新型(xing)平面顯(xian)示器(qi)件(jian)(jian),具有(you)開啟和(he)驅動(dong)電壓(ya)(ya)低,且可(ke)(ke)直流電壓(ya)(ya)驅動(dong),可(ke)(ke)與規模集成(cheng)電路相匹配,易實現全彩色化(hua)(hua)(hua),發光亮度(du)(du)高(gao)(>105cd/m2)等優(you)點,但OLED器(qi)件(jian)(jian)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命還(huan)不能(neng)滿足(zu)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),其中需要(yao)(yao)解(jie)決的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技術難點之一就(jiu)是器(qi)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)封(feng)(feng)裝(zhuang)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)和(he)封(feng)(feng)裝(zhuang)技術。目前(qian),國外(日、美、歐洲(zhou)等)廣泛(fan)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)有(you)機硅改(gai)性(xing)環氧(yang)(yang)樹脂,即通過(guo)兩者之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)共混(hun)、共聚或(huo)接枝(zhi)反(fan)應(ying)而達到(dao)既能(neng)降低環氧(yang)(yang)樹脂內應(ying)力又(you)能(neng)形成(cheng)分子(zi)內增(zeng)韌(ren),提(ti)高(gao)耐高(gao)溫(wen)性(xing)能(neng),同時(shi)(shi)也提(ti)高(gao)有(you)機硅的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)水、防(fang)(fang)油、抗(kang)氧(yang)(yang)性(xing)能(neng),但其需要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)固化(hua)(hua)(hua)時(shi)(shi)間較(jiao)長(幾個(ge)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)到(dao)幾天),要(yao)(yao)加(jia)快固化(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)應(ying),需要(yao)(yao)在(zai)(zai)較(jiao)高(gao)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(60℃至100℃以上(shang))或(huo)增(zeng)大(da)固化(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)量,這不但增(zeng)加(jia)成(cheng)本,而且還(huan)難于(yu)滿足(zu)大(da)規模器(qi)件(jian)(jian)生產線對封(feng)(feng)裝(zhuang)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(時(shi)(shi)間短(duan)、室(shi)溫(wen)封(feng)(feng)裝(zhuang))。將經(jing)表(biao)面活(huo)性(xing)處(chu)理后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)納米二氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅充分分散在(zai)(zai)有(you)機硅改(gai)性(xing)環氧(yang)(yang)樹脂封(feng)(feng)裝(zhuang)膠基(ji)質中,可(ke)(ke)以大(da)幅度(du)(du)地縮短(duan)封(feng)(feng)裝(zhuang)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)固化(hua)(hua)(hua)時(shi)(shi)間(為2.0-2.5h),且固化(hua)(hua)(hua)溫(wen)度(du)(du)可(ke)(ke)降低到(dao)室(shi)溫(wen),使(shi)(shi)OLED器(qi)件(jian)(jian)密封(feng)(feng)性(xing)能(neng)得到(dao)顯(xian)著提(ti)高(gao),增(zeng)加(jia)OLED器(qi)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命。
